Gail Werner Photography bio picture

Welcome to my Blog!

Gail Werner is a central Indiana wedding and portrait photographer.
Here’s where she tells you she likes the feel of the ocean and the
taste of champagne. Oh wait …

Truth is, she does love the ocean (when she can make it to a
coast!), but what she loves more is documenting the lives of her
clients — big days, little moments, they all carry meaning and deserve
to be captured.

This blog is where Gail shares her current client work and don’t be
surprised to find plenty of personal antecedotes on here as well.
Because when it comes to her life, Gail’s pretty much an open book. And
speaking of books, well, she loves those too. And her husband. And her
dog. So stick around and find out what else she likes or head over to www.gailwernerphoto.com to take a peek at her portfolio. Want to get a hold of her? E-mail Gail at gail@gailwernerphoto.com.

And just for the record, Gail also likes pina coladas but draws the line at getting caught in the rain.

Gail Werner is available for travel to any location.

August Book Review: The Likeability Factor by Tim Sanders

If you’ve noticed a trend here, I’m a pretty big fan of Tim Sanders! I just can’t help it—he has such a pleasurable way of writing while, at the same time, introducing me to think about concepts (in this case, the idea of being well liked) in entirely new ways.

For example, with “The Likability Factor,”...

Jennifer and Brandon: Sneak Peek

What a way to start off what’s turned out to be a FANTASTIC Labor Day weekend! On Friday, I photographed the wedding of the GORGEOUS Jennifer and HANDSOME Brandon—their day was one I’d been looking forward to for some time as Jennifer was one of my former students at Ball State, so I’ve always thought...

California Session: Inna’s Family

Inna would be the first to admit it was hectic making this session happen—but then again, when you have four beautiful kiddos ages 7 and under, how can it NOT be that way? Getting them all dressed in cute clothes (and then thinking about yourself AND what your hubby will wear? I seriously cannot even...
