Welcome to my Blog!

Gail Werner is a central Indiana wedding and portrait photographer.
Here’s where she tells you she likes the feel of the ocean and the
taste of champagne. Oh wait …

Truth is, she does love the ocean (when she can make it to a
coast!), but what she loves more is documenting the lives of her
clients — big days, little moments, they all carry meaning and deserve
to be captured.

This blog is where Gail shares her current client work and don’t be
surprised to find plenty of personal antecedotes on here as well.
Because when it comes to her life, Gail’s pretty much an open book. And
speaking of books, well, she loves those too. And her husband. And her

Johnston Family: Sneak Peek

I have to apologize to Zeb, Amy and little Logan with the delay in getting this sneak peek up. My days since this session have been go-go-go and all sorts of craziness! (Case in point: I’m out in Boston right now for a marketing conference! BOSTON!)

Amy sent me an e-mail this morning, excitedly asking me when her family’s sneak peek was gonna hit the blog (“I’ve been checking like, 100 times a day” she confessed, to which I say, “Bless your heart girl”) and so now I can finally (excitedly) tell her, HERE YOU GO AMY :)

Can’t WAIT to share the rest of this session. Zeb is a friend and former classmate of mine (I’m pretty sure we might have even gone to preschool together – did we Zeb? ;) ) so it was such a wonderful pleasure to meet his wife Amy and the little guy who’s now bringing so much pleasure into their own lives. More to come!

About preschool to be honest I dont remember that far back, but if I had to guess we probably did go to preschool together. Again thank you so much for taking our pictures. They are amazing.

And for the record (and I can't believe I remember this), Zeb did not go to preschool with us! I remember when he moved here because he was put in my first grade class, and he had a Southern accent, which was like, so cool to the rest of us. :)
